Today; due to various factors, classical industrial relations system has been undergoing important changes. The structure of industrial system started to develop in the beginning of the last century, which also affectcd human relations. The changcs in industrial relations ~ ' system arc the natural result of qualificational changcs occurred in the industry.With the beginning of the 21 century, industrial relations system is transforming seriously under the effects of the following factors: structural changcs in the economy bringing the global rivalry and the unique world market; serious changes in production models used in industry; new technologies resulted from the new technological revolution and the changcs affecting both the quality of work and the structure of the laborcr-powcr.This process creates a new human relations system, a new institutional structure and a new industrial relations system.
