Globalization has lead to new dimensions in the field of the international technics, economic and cultural relations. Thus, the development of information technologies, the variety of communication networks, and the increasing cfficicncy of the international by humanitarian and culturally dimensioned relations brought about the culture concept and cultural differences for us. As a consequence of this fact, Nations have become more aware of this cultural pluralism with the help of the globalization. This awareness has caused the firms, especially indifferent geographical places and in different cultural atmospheres to deal with the issue more intensively.The increase of the cultural difference dimension has accelerated the notion of the inaccessibility with the rules and the codes coming from the 'individuals and societies' outside world. The cultural separation has also put forward the fact that the organization and the management dimension with the foreign sources do not always make it possible for the businesses toreach the efficient target that is needed.These explanations moke it clear that the countries that have established their own cultural system and appropriate management system will be much more efficient in the global market competition and will be able to conform to the international valves more easily. As in the Japanese model, it is high time for the Turkish firms and the management units to adopt anotion that is in harmony with the Turkish culture and it.
