In the global competitive environment, new organizational structures have caused new employment practices. Reasons behind this are ranging from necessity to obtain more organizational flexibility, to employees’ demand for more flexible job arrangements. Governments also support this type of employment with the causes of economical and social. With the flexible employment arrangements of today’s, organizations have been transferring the risks of unstable market conditions to employees and society.Direction of employees’ tendency is to make last the flexible employment. They want new legislation, regulation and re-regulation on decreasing the differences between the rights of themselves and the full-time employees. Workers being a part of the decision process will enhances performance of organization. Managers should accept that flexible employment practices have a process ; have and follow a strategy.
