The Determination of HEMT's Transfer Function at 300K

Abstract

In this study, the linear behavior of non-linear transistor HEMT was obtained by finding the parameters of Y and Z. It was benefited from small-signal equivalent circuit of HEMT in the determination of its linear behavior. For this aim, Y-parameter values were determined by means of the small signal equivalent circuit of HEMT. Y-parameter values were transformed into Z-parameter values, and its input and output impedance values were determined. The transfer function of HEMT was determined by using the values of circuit parameter at 300K temperature
