Abstract
The goal of the skill training for mentally retarded children is to gain them more independence in the society. There are many types of prompt stragies to teaching skills for mentally retarded children. The most commonly used prompting stragies are the most-to-least prompts, the system of least prompts and the time delay procedures In this article, the constant time delay procedure which is one of the response prompt stragies is explained to teaching the chained tasks. Also,in this article an example of an application of the teaching of cooking soup,which is chained task by using constanttime delay strategy is placed.
Abstract
Zihinsel yetersizlikten etkilenmiş öğrencilerle yapılan beceri öğretiminin amacı, onları toplumda daha bağımsız bireyler olarak yetiştirerek, daha kaliteli bir yaşam tarzını yakalamalarına yardımcı olmaktır. Zincirleme becerilerin öğretiminde kullanılan pek çok ipucu işlem süreci vardır. İpucunun sistematik olarak azaltılması, ipucunun artırılması ve bekleme süreli en çok kullanılanlardır. Bu çalışmada zihinsel yetersizlikten etkilenmiş öğrencilerle zincirleme becerilerin öğretiminde kullanılan tepki ipucu işlem süreçlerinden, sabit bekleme süreli ipucu işlem sürecinin nasıl kullanıldığına yönelik bir beceri öğretim materyali geliştirme planı açıklanmaktadır.
