In this research, a confidence scale in the class has been developed and high school freshmen\'s level of confidence has been tested. As a result of the independence t-test related to the first sub-goal, it was seen that the sex of the students did not cause differences in perceiving their confidence level in the class. In the second sub-goal, it was studied whether the duration of watching television caused differences in perceiving their confidence level in the class. As a result of the variance analysis the time that the students spent for watching television did not lead to significant differences at the “basic confidence” and “threat perception” sub-divisions. However, it was seen that it caused differences in “freedom of expression” division.
Bu çalışmada, sınıf içi güven ölçeği geliştirilmiş ve lise birinci sınıf öğrencilerinin sınıf içi güven düzeyleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına alınan lise birinci sınıf öğrencileri sınıf içinde kendilerini “orta” düzeyde güvende hissettiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Öğrencilerin cinsiyetlerinin onların sınıf içi güven düzeyini algılamalarında farklılığa neden olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca öğrencilerin televizyon izlemeye ayırdıkları sürenin sınıf içi güven algılarında farklılığa neden olup olmadığı incelenmiştir.
