In this study, different concentrations of some organophosphate insecticides (methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon) were investigated for effects on survival percentage of Drosophila melanogaster. The mwh- flr3 Drosophila cross was used. Third-instar larvae were chronically fed with the Drosophila instant medium to which 5 ml test solutions were added. Feeding ended with pupation of the surviving larvae. Lethal doses of the chemicals used in the experiment were determined. The experiments were repeated 3 times. 5 ml water was administered to the control group. Percentages of survival of the flies were determined for organophosphate insecticides used in the experiment. Bu çalışmada bazı organik fosforlu pestisitlerin (methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon) farklı konsantrasyonlarının Drosophila melanogaster\'in yaşama yüzdesi üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Deneylerde D. melanogaster\'in mwh- flr3 çaprazı kullanılmıştır. 3. dönem larvalara 5 ml test solüsyonu eklenmiş, Drosophila hazır besi ortamı ile kronik olarak beslenmiştir. Beslenme sinekler pupadan çıkınca sonlandırılmıştır. Kullanılan kimyasalların öldürücü dozları belirlenmiştir. Deneyler 3 kez tekrarlanmıştır. Kontrol grubu için 5 ml su kullanılmıştır.
