Abstract
Performing music either playing an instrument or singing is a mental activity but it is at the same time realized by complex and simple movements of body parts like doing sports. This study emphasizes that the musicians and the sportsmen who performs their activities through their bodies have no difference in essence as regards to execution of their profession and they have so many common features. Although in different intensity both groups perform fast and complex actions which require physical fitness. Both groups exhibit their performance by the use if their bodies and they both develop the similar muscle and tendon problems which may ruin their whole carriers. Therefore the musicians are to be acquainted with structure of their body and the physical and motor functions . Abstract
Müzik yapmak (çalmak veya söylemek), zihinsel bir eylem olduğu kadar -herhangi bir spor dalını gerçekleştirmede olduğu gibi- birtakım bedensel yapıların basit ve karmaşık hareketleriyle gerçekleşir. Bu çalışmada; müzisyenler ile mesleklerini bedenleriyle icra eden profesyonel sporcuların bir anlamda hiçbir farkları olmadığı ve çoğu ortak noktada birleştikleri vurgulanmıştır. Öyle ki her iki meslek grubu da -farklı şekillerde ve şiddette de olsa- hızlı, kapsamlı ve kondisyon gerektiren hareketleri içerir. Ayrıca her iki grup da performanslarını bedenlerini kullanarak sergilerler. Her ikisinde de hemen hemen aynı kas ve tendon (kiriş) problemleri görülür.
