Gebelikte Nadir Görülen ve Başarılı Yönetilen Spontan Pnömotoraks: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Spontan pnömotoraks gebelikte çok nadir görülen, hayatı tehdit eden bir klinik durumdur. Erken tanı, tedavisi, gebelik takibi, doğum zamanlaması ve şekli maternal ve fetal sonuçlar için önem arzetmektedir. 26 yaşında gravida 2 para 1 olan hasta 12. gebelik haftasında hastanemize akut göğüs ağrısı ve dispne ile başvurmuştur. Çekilen akciğer grafisinde ve Toraks MR’ da sol akciğerde akut pnömotoraks ile uyumlu görünüm izlenmiştir. Hastanın anamnezinde sigara içme ve bir önceki gebeliğinde de doğum esnasında gerçekleşen spontan pnömotoraks öyküsü mevcuttur. Hastaya tüp torakostomi uygulanmıştır. Hastaya spinal anestezi altında sezaryen ile doğum gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hasta postoperatif 6. gününde sorunsuz taburcu edilmiştir. Spontan pnömotoraks gebelikte çok nadir görülmesine rağmen, özellikle tekrarlama riskinin yüksek olduğu geçirilmiş spontan pnömotoraks öyküsü olan olgularda, şiddetli dispne ve göğüs ağrısı şikayeti olan gebelerde spontan pnömotoraks akılda tutulmalıdır
