Abstract

Wilkie sendromu akkiz bir hastalık olup, ergenlerde hızlı büyüme ve istemli diyet girişimleri sonucunda retroperitoneal yağ yastığını azaltarak, süperior mezenterik arter sendromunu tetikleyebilir. Biz öncelikle istemli kilo kaybı sonrasında gelişen, istemsiz kusma ve kilo kaybı semptomlarıyla gelen 15 yaşında kız hastamızın, kliniğini ve tedavi sürecini literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık

Wilkie's syndrome is an acquired disorder in adolescents as a result of rapid growth and diet voluntary initiatives by reducing the retroperitoneal fat pad, superior artery can trigger the syndrome.
