Abstract
Patellofemoral ağrı sendromu PFAS patella femoral eklemdeki fiziksel ve biyomekanik değişiklikler sonucu ortaya çıkan retropatellar veya peripatellar ağrı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. PFAS, fiziksel olarak aktif, genç, yetişkin bireylerde genellikle kadınlarda görülür. Bu vaka sunumunda ön diz ağrısı yakınmasıyla başvuran 46 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmuştur

Even though what the cause of patellofemoral pain syndrome PFAS isn’t known accunately. It is thought as the cartilage beneath of the patella is worn out by the movement of patella. PFAS occurs in physical active, young adults who are usually female. 46 years old female applied for the complain about her pain in front of knee is presented
