Yenidoğanda blue rubber bleb nevus sendromu ile hemanjioendotelyomanın nadir birlikteliği paylaşılmak istenildi. 10 günlük ye- nidoğan spontan solunumunun durması, cilte kavernöz hemanjiom, hepatomegali, pnömoni, kardiyojenik şok ile yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesine yatırıldı. Çekilen batın tomografisinde karaciğerde hemanjioendotelyoma ile uyumlu görünüm saptanan olgu blue rubber bleb nevus sendromu ve hemanjioendotelyoma birlikteliği tanısı ile takip edildi. İnfantil hemanjioendotelyoma damar kökenli olan nadir görülen ve etyolojisi bilinmeyen bir neoplazidir. Klinik gidişi ve prognozu değişken olup, önceden tahmin etmek zordur. Nadir görülür, metastatik adenokarsinom ile karışabilir. Blue rubber bleb nevus sendromu yenidoğanda nadir rastlanmakla birlikte vakamızda hemanjioendotelyoma ile birlikte seyretmesi dikkat çekicidir
We would like to share rare association of hemangioendothelioma with blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome in newborns. New born of 10 days was taken into newborn intensive care unit with spontaneous respiratory arrest, cavernous hemangiom of skin, hepatome- galy, pneumonitis, cardiogenic shock. According to the abdominal tomography scan, our case whose appearance was considered in conformity with hemangioendothelioma of liver is followed up with the diagnosis of association of hemangioendothelioma with blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome. Infantile hemangioendothelioma is a neoplasia seen rarely, originated from vessels and whose etiology is unknown. Its clinical course and prognosis is variable and cannot be known beforehand. Seen rarely and may be confused with metastatic adenocarcinoma. Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome is seen rarely in newborns and it is attention grabbing in our case that it is viewed together with hemangioendothelioma
