Abstract

in the dairy plants which have high capacity, multiple effect evaporators are indispensable group of machine in the production of milk products, such as dried milk products, yoghurt, sweetened and unsweetened condensed milk. The aim of production, the level numbers of effect and the type of energy to be used economically are the important factors having influence on the selection of the most suitable type of evaporator which have high investment cost. The mechanic multiple effect evaporators are recommended in place of the thermic multiple effect evaporators where electric energy is cheaper than other energy sources.

Abstract

Yüksek kapasite ile çalışan süt fabrikalarında kurutulmuş süt ürünleri, yoğurt, şekerli ve şekersiz kondanse süt gibi ürünlerin üretiminde çok etkili evaporatörler vazgeçilmez ve zorunlu makine gruplarıdır. Yatırım maliyetleri yüksek olan bu evaporatörlerin seçiminde üretim amaçları, etki sayısı ve enerji alternatiflerinden ekonomik olanın tercihi gibi faktörler etkilidir. Elektrik enerjisinin ucuz olduğu yerlerde termik kompresörler yerine mekanik buhar kompresörlü çok etkili evaporatörler önerilmektedir.
