Paradoksal Düşünme: Literatür Taraması

Abstract

Son yıllarda hem bireysel hem de örgütsel anlamda rekabet koşullarının zorlaşması, sadece doğru olanı yapmanın yeterli olmadığını göstermektedir. Fark yaratabilmek adına şirketlerin çeşitli yollar araması ve denemesi gerekmektedir. Büyük farklar yaratmış ve kazançlar sağlamış işletme ve liderlere bakıldığında, düşünce sistemlerinin, sorunları ele alış şekillerinin ve çözüme bakış açılarının doğrusal değil, paradoksal olduğu görülmüştür. Paradoksal düşünme, sorunu ortadan kaldırmaya odaklanmak yerine, sorunu tüm açılarıyla ele alıp, her perspektiften bakarak zıt düşünceleri incelenmesi ve bu şekilde farklı fırsatların ortaya çıkmasını sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.
Paradoksal düşünme, birbirine zıt olan ancak aynı zamanda sinerjik ve daha büyük bir sistem içinde birbiriyle ilişkili olan unsurları veya dualiteleri birlikte düşünmeyi ifade etmektedir. Bu unsurları ayıran, düşünmeyi teşvik eden ve farklılıkları vurgulayan sınırlar biçimsel mantıkla güçlendirilmiştir. Sınırlar, genel sistemi bütünleştirir, sinerjileri vurgular ve onların paradoksal doğasını güçlendirir. Paradoksal düşünme hem bireysel hem de örgütsel anlamda daha geniş bir pencereden olayları görmeyi sağlamaktadır. Rekabet şartlarının günden güne zorlaştığı piyasa şartlarında, işletmelere doğru karar alma ve çatışmalardan olumlu sonuçlar elde etme avantajı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, paradoksal düşünme kavramı ile ilgili literatür taraması yapılmıştır.
