Trafik Denetiminde Coğrafi ve İklimsel Koşulların Etkilerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Trafik güvenliği ve trafiğin düzeninin sağlanabilmesi için en önemli faktörler eğitim ve denetlemedir. Trafik denetimi yol kullanıcıları üzerinde caydırıcılık oluşturarak, kural ihlali ve tehlike oluşturabilecek davranışları yapmalarına engel teşkil eder. Dikkat edilmesi gereken husus denetimin sürekli olmasıdır, aksi takdirde tam bir caydırıcılık oluşturmaz. Denetimin olmadığı zamanlar serbest ihlallere açık zamanlar oluşturabilir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada daha çok insan odaklı gerçekleştirilen denetimlere etki edebilecek coğrafi ve iklimsel koşullar değerlendirilmiştir. İki farklı şehirdeki iklimsel koşullar göz önünde bulundurularak, 13 farklı denetleme parametresi karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca bir şehrin farklı mevsimsel ve iklimsel koşulları göz önünde bulundurularak, bu 13 farklı denetleme parametresi de çalışma kapsamında incelenmiştir.

Investigation of Geographic and Climatic Conditions of Impact Traffic Control

Abstract

The most important factors to ensure traffic safety and traffic order is education and supervision. Traffic control on road users by creating a deterrent, preventing any violation of the rules and avoid behaviors that may create hazards. Attention is constantly point inspection to be a full deterrence does not occur otherwise. When there is no clear time of the audit can create free violations. Therefore, seasonal and climatic conditions which may affect the audit carried more human‐oriented in this study were evaluated. Two different cities in the climatic conditions, taking into account 13 different monitoring parameters were investigated and compared. Also taking into account the different seasonal and climatic conditions of a city 13 different monitoring parameters were evaluated within the scope of the study.
