Harun Tanrıvermiş is a distinguished professor who occupies the esteemed position at the Ankara University top management level as founder and head of the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, and founder and current dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Ankara University. Professor Tanrıvermiş also currently works as the vice rector at Ankara University. He attained his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Agricultural Economics at Ankara University, specialising in land and real estate economics, land and real estate valuation, as well as natural resources and environmental economics. Furthermore, he earned an MSc in environmental management through the MED-CAMPUS Programme in 1996. Professor Tanrivermis has published approximately 400 papers, including 43 international and 55 national peer-reviewed articles, which have been published in various high-impact journals. Additionally, he has presented 48 international and 74 national proceedings, either in full or as abstracts, at numerous conferences. He is also credited with writing 39 books and 17 book chapters. Moreover, his works concentrate on the land and real estate valuation, land and real estate economics, real estate development and project appraisal, urban transformation and sustainability, sustainable real estate development, facility and real estate management, land management, administration and polices, measuring and reporting of real estate sustainability and ESG, digital transformation in real estate and real estate technologies.
F. Nihan Özdemir Sönmez is a professor at the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University, Türkiye. She graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1987 with a degree in City and Regional Planning. She subsequently obtained her master’s degree in the same field from the University’s City Planning Master’s Programme in 1990. In 1998, she earned her Ph.D. in Urban Studies from the University of Kent, United Kingdom, with a dissertation entitled “The Transformation of Squatter Settlements into Authorised Apartment Blocks: A Case Study of Ankara, Türkiye”. She commenced her academic career as a research assistant in the Department of City and Regional Planning at Gazi University in 1988. In 2005, she advanced to the position of assistant professor and was subsequently promoted to associate professor in 2012. Since March 2016, she has been a faculty member of Ankara University’s Department of Real Estate Development and Management, achieving the rank of full professor in 2018. She specialises in research areas including urban planning, urban policies, and urban transformation
Mustafa Tombul is a full professor in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University. He completed his PhD in Civil Engineering at Anadolu University in 1996, having previously obtained both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the same institution. His areas of expertise include hydraulics, structural engineering, and construction management, with a specific emphasis on water resources management, environmental engineering, and energy efficiency. Professor Tombul has authored numerous articles in esteemed SCI-indexed journals covering topics such as drought forecasting, environmental risk assessment, precipitation and streamflow modelling, and sustainable water management. His research contributions have been acknowledged with various awards, including a Silver Medal from the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Nadide Gülbay Yiğiteli graduated from the Department of Economics at Gazi University in 2005, completed her master’s degree in 2010, and received her Ph.D. in 2021. On January 31, 2025, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of macroeconomics. She is currently a faculty member at Ankara University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Real Estate Development and Management, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses in economics, entrepreneurship, regional economics, and social security. Her research focuses on economic growth, development economics, employment, total factor productivity, economic complexity, carbon emissions, and regional development.
Erol Demir is a full professor at the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University, Türkiye. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Ankara University and an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Gazi University. His research focuses on real estate taxation, accounting practices in the construction and property sectors, cooperative finance, and public sector economics. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and authored several books. Prof. Demir has also served as Deputy Dean and contributed to multiple academic committees within Ankara University. He is currently an editorial board member of cited journals.
Gülnaz Şengül Güneş serves as a research assistant within the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University. She holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate Development and Management, with an academic focus that encompasses sustainable real estate markets, real estate finance, real estate economics, and ESG-based investment instruments. Dr. Güneş has authored numerous articles and book chapters and has presented her work at international conferences. Her doctoral research concentrates on the development of a sustainability index for Türkiye’s real estate markets. Furthermore, she has also held the position of visiting researcher at the University of Regensburg, facilitated by a TÜBİTAK 2214 fellowship programme.
İlkut Elif Kandil Göker graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Gazi University in 2005 and began her academic career the same year as a research assistant at Harran University, where she also completed her master’s degree. She was appointed to Kırıkkale University in 2009 and earned her Ph.D. in 2014. In 2020, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of finance. Since 2024, she has been serving as a faculty member at Ankara University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Real Estate Development and Management. Her research areas include corporate finance, financial markets, and company and brand valuation.
Monsurat Ayojimi Salami is an assistant professor in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University, Türkiye. She graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and served as a Postdoc fellow between 2018 and 2019 at the IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance (IIiBF). She specialises in the fields of financial economics, Islamic finance, real estate finance and investment, digitalisation in real estate, tokenisation, smart contracts and proptech. She holds multiple international certifications, including the Certified Quantitative Risk Management (CQRM). She has made significant contributions to over 50 academic publications indexed in prestigious databases such as the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), Scopus, and the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI). Her research predominantly focuses on financial inclusion, sustainable finance, risk management, and the application of Islamic financial instruments. Additionally, she has co-authored several chapters in academic books published by renowned international publishers, including Edward Elgar, Springer and Routledge. She has participated as a member of the scientific committee at various global conferences concerning Islamic finance and real estate.
Esra Keskin is an assistant professor in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Ankara University. Following her graduation from the Faculty of Law at Gazi University, she practised as a lawyer registered with the Ankara Bar Association for nearly a decade. She earned her master’s and PhD degrees from the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University, where she also held the position of research assistant during her doctoral studies. In 2023, she was appointed as a visiting scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology through a fellowship from TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye). In 2024, she was appointed as an assistant professor. Her research primarily concentrates on urban transformation, real estate law, contract law, contract management, and facility and property management.
Sibel Canaz Sevgen is an assistant professor in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University. She is a researcher and specialises in the applications of machine learning within the field of real estate science. She is recognised as an expert in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as well as remote sensing technologies. She has made significant contributions to various studies that integrate advanced data-driven models with land cover monitoring and real estate mass appraisal studies. Her areas of expertise include deep learning, statistical modelling, and geospatial analysis. She has collaborated on interdisciplinary projects that merge artificial intelligence with the discipline of real estate science. Furthermore, she has published several articles in high-impact academic journals and is actively involved in scientific conferences.
Gizem Ulusoy is a research assistant at the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University, Türkiye. She completed her secondary education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School and then obtained a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. Subsequently, she engaged in professional endeavours across various institutions within both the private and public sectors, before she was appointed a research assistant at Ankara University. She completed her master’s degree, presenting a thesis titled “The Role and Importance of International Real Estate Investment in Emerging Economies” at the Ankara University Department of Real Estate Development and Management. Currently, Gizem Ulusoy is pursuing her doctoral studies in the same department and has authored publications on international real estate investments.
Emine Baydan graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University in 2012. In 2021, she earned her master’s degree from the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences at Ankara University. Her master’s thesis examined planning and property relations in conservation areas, featuring a case study of the Cappadocia region in middle Anatolia. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the same department, concentrating on the interplay between transportation planning, land use, and real estate markets. Mrs Baydan commenced her academic career in 2018 as a research assistant in the Department of Real Estate Development at Ankara University. Her research interests encompass urban planning, real estate development, transportation, spatial transformation, and the application of digital tools, including sentiment analysis and artificial intelligence, in analysing real estate and urban policies.
Sinan Güneş is lecturing in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Erciyes University in 2013 and subsequently completed a master’s degree in real estate development and management at Ankara University in 2019. His master’s thesis focused on the decision-making processes pertaining to the repair or demolition of earthquake-affected reinforced concrete buildings. Mr. Güneş completed in doctoral studies at the same department at Ankara University in 2025. Emir Sunguroğlu is a lecturer at the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University, Türkiye. He acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Management. He is interested in investigating emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, in relation to their applicability within the real estate and construction sectors. Furthermore, he possesses a strong interest in the Proptech industry and digitalisation, particularly in Türkiye. Currently, Mr Sunguroğlu is engaged in doctoral research on the topic of “Assessment of Digital Transformation in Facility Management with Capability Maturity Model.” He holds a position as a full-time lecturer in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University, where he contributes to courses on information technology, computer-aided design, and construction project analysis.
Berna Görgülü works as an urban planner at Ankara University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Real Estate Development and Management. She graduated from Selçuk University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2004. In 2023, she received her master’s degree from Çankaya University, Department of City and Regional Planning. Nikolay Vladimirovich Volovich graduated from the Department of Economics at Tomsk State University in 1982, received his Ph.D. in Economics in 1987, and defended his doctoral dissertation on cadastral valuation of land in urban areas at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2003. Between 1992 and 1993, he conducted research on land valuation at Dortmund University in Germany. Since 1994, he has been engaged in property and real estate valuation in Russia and currently serves as the CEO of the Institute of the Evaluation of Property and Financial Activity. He has provided consultancy services to major Russian companies such as Gazprom, Russian Railways, and Sberbank, as well as international corporations including Coca-Cola and TNK-BP. Volovich is Vice-President of the Russian Society of Appraisers (SMAO), a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of Rosreestr, and a member of the European Academy of Land Use and Development. From 2006 to 2024, he served as a Professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and since 2024, he has been a Professor at the Institute of Economics and Management at Tomsk State University. Serhat Başdoğan received his bachelor’s degree (2004), master’s degree (2007), and Ph.D. (2013) from the Faculty of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University (YTU). He conducted postdoctoral research at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands between 2017 and 2018. From 2005 to 2016, he worked as a research assistant at YTU Faculty of Architecture, where he has been serving as an Associate Professor since 2017. He has published extensively in the fields of architecture, urban and regional planning, building science, real estate development, and valuation. He has also received recognition in UNESCO and national architecture awards and has participated in various design and consultancy projects. Başdoğan is an active member of organizations such as the GYODER Scientific Board, GİSP, and the Architecture Foundation, and he continues to teach in the areas of architecture and real estate development.

Ali Hepşen completed his high school education at Bornova Anatolian High School in İzmir province and then pursued his studies at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Business Administration (English programme), graduating in 2002. Upon graduation, he commenced the Finance Master’s Programme at the Istanbul University Social Sciences Institute, graduating in 2004 and earning the designation of Finance Specialist. He pursued his doctoral studies at the same institute, culminating in 2010 with the attainment of the title of Doctor of Philosophy. Md Moynul Ahsan is an associate professor who previously held a faculty position in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University, Ankara, Türkiye, and later joined as a researcher in the Department of Economic and Social Research at SESRIC (a subsidiary organ of the OIC). He obtained his Ph.D in Urban and Environmental Sciences from Ankara University, Türkiye. He possesses over 11 years of professional experience in teaching and research within the domains of urban planning and development, housing, climate change, disaster management, and water across various universities in Bangladesh, Brunei, and Türkiye. Additionally, he has served as a Town Planner in Land and Real Estate firms in Bangladesh. His current research interests include urban planning and development, water resources, housing, strategic planning, sustainable cities and real estate, public policy, climate change, and migration. Prof. Dr. Selda Aydın completed her undergraduate studies at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, her master’s degree at Western Michigan University, and her Ph.D. at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences. She began her academic career as a faculty member at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Public Finance at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. She has held various administrative positions, including Chair of the Department of Public Finance and Faculty Board Member. Beyond her academic roles, she has served as an academic member of the Tax Council of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, a working group member for the 11th Development Plan at the Ministry of Development, and an expert witness for the Ministry of Justice. With extensive experience in tax auditing, Prof. Aydın also holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor.
Abukar Yusuf Warsame is an Associate Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, where he serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management and Head of the Division of Real Estate Economics and Finance. He holds a PhD in Real Estate and Construction Management from KTH and has more than two decades of academic and professional experience. His research focuses on housing markets, construction project performance, urban and regional economics, as well as the impacts of segregation, gentrification, and public policies on real estate development. Dr. Warsame has published extensively in international journals, contributed to research projects funded by public institutions and industry, and presented at major international conferences. In addition to his academic work, he has actively contributed to community development and policy dialogue in Somalia and internationally.
Şebnem Akipek Öcal serves as a professor at TED University in Ankara. She commenced her academic journey at the Faculty of Law at Ankara University, where she distinguished herself by ranking at the top of her class and achieving first place overall during her graduation. She obtained her master’s degree from the London School of Economics and earned her PhD in Civil Law from Ankara University, where she wrote a dissertation focusing on consumer credit. Her career at the Faculty of Law encompassed roles such as assistant professor, associate professor, and full professor. Throughout the years, she assumed various administrative positions, including Director of the Ankara University Vocational School of Justice, Legal Advisor at Middle East Technical University, and Dean of the Faculty of Law at Kadir Has University. She concluded her tenure in November 2018 but remains actively engaged in academia as a faculty member at TED University, where she also previously held the position of Vice Rector.
Erdem Ercan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University Faculty of Applied Sciences. He was born in Istanbul in 1980 and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2003. He completed his master’s degree at Istanbul University Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of Financial Law, with a thesis entitled “The Effects of the Customs Union on the Turkish Tax System”, and earned his doctorate at Ankara University Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law, with a dissertation entitled “Financial Autonomy in Local Governments in the Light of Constitutional Debates”. He received his associate professorship in Tax Law in 2025. He has served in various positions as an Environmental and Urban Planning Specialist and Legal Advisor at the former Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change. He currently continues his academic work at Ankara University Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Real Estate Development and Management.
Ebru V. Öcalır graduated from Gazi University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 1993. She completed her master’s degree in Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University in 1996. In 1999, with a scholarship from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), she went to Austria and earned her Ph.D. in 2003 at Vienna University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering. With the same YÖK scholarship, she continued her postdoctoral studies at Vienna University of Technology between October and December 2010, focusing on the modeling of transport and land-use relationships. She is currently a faculty member at Gazi University, Department of City and Regional Planning. Her research areas include transportation and transport systems planning, urban planning, sustainability, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Decision Support Systems. She has authored two international books on these subjects.
Abdulmenaf Turan is a professor at Ankara University Faculty of Applied Sciences. He completed his undergraduate education in Public Administration at İnönü University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, earned his master’s degree in Public Administration from Mersin University Graduate School of Social Sciences, and received his doctorate in 2008 from Ankara University Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, specializing in Urban and Environmental Studies. He was appointed Assistant Professor in 2009, Associate Professor in Local Governments, Urban and Environmental Policy in 2013, and full Professor in the same field in 2018. Between 2008 and 2025, he served as a faculty member at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration. He currently serves as the editor of the Journal of Environment, City, and Climate, published by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change.
Kürşat Yalçıner graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1988 and subsequently completed his compulsory service at Etibank General Directorate. In 1995, he received his master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Gazi University Graduate School of Social Sciences with his thesis “Financing Unemployment Insurance in Turkey and a Model Proposal.” In 2001, he earned his doctorate with the dissertation “The Effect of Real Returns on Inter-Exchange Capital Movements: An Application on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE).” During his doctoral studies, he was a Visiting Scholar at Brunel University in the United Kingdom, and following his doctorate, at the University of Michigan in the United States. He became an Associate Professor in 1994 and a full Professor in 2012 at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Between 2017 and 2023, he served as Dean and Vice-Rector at Istanbul Gelişim University and Istanbul Nişantaşı University. He is currently continuing his academic career at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. Prof. Dr. Yalçıner has authored several books and articles in various fields of finance, with his primary research interests focusing on international finance and real estate finance.
Funda Yurdakul graduated from the Department of Econometrics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gazi University. She completed her master’s degree in Econometrics at the Institute of Social Sciences, Gazi University, and her PhD program in the same department at the same institute. She is currently serving as a professor in the Department of Econometrics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
Semih Öz is a professor in the Department of Public Finance at Ankara University Faculty of Political Science. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Political Science in 1984, completed his master's degree at Northeastern University, USA, in 1994, and earned his doctorate from Ankara University Graduate School of Social Sciences in 2004. He began his career in 1985 as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance and served as the Head of Department at the General Directorate of Revenues from 1997 to 2005. Since 2006, he has been teaching at Ankara University Faculty of Political Science. He has served as the Head of the Public Finance Theory Department since 2011 and as the Head of the Department of Public Finance since 2024. His academic and professional expertise includes international taxation, taxation of real estate, public finance theory, tax policy, and local government taxation. Between 1998 and 2003, he represented Turkey in the OECD Harmful Tax Competition Forum. Since 2014, he has been a member of the Accountancy Europe Taxation Policy Group. Additionally, he provides training on local government taxation under the Union of Municipalities of Turkey. His publications include articles, books, and various academic works on international taxation and real estate taxation.
Devlet Toksoy graduated from Karadeniz Technical University (KTU), Faculty of Forestry, Department of Forest Engineering in 1988 and from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration in 2004. He completed his master’s degree at KTU Institute of Science in 1991 and his Ph.D. in Economics at KTU Institute of Social Sciences in 1994. He began his academic career in 1989 as a research assistant at the Department of Forest Economics, Faculty of Forestry, KTU. He served as Assistant Professor between 1995 and 2006, Associate Professor between 2006 and 2011, and since 2011 has been working as a Professor at the Faculty of Forestry, Department of Forest Engineering, KTU. Toksoy has also been a visiting researcher at Hope University in the United Kingdom and at Okayama University in Japan. He has contributed to numerous national and international articles, conference papers, book chapters, and projects. He has served as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Forestry at KTU, as a Member of the KTU Administrative Board, and as a Member of the Interuniversity Board. In addition, he was President of the Eastern Black Sea Branch of the Chamber of Forest Engineers of the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) between 2008 and 2012, and a Member of the Central Executive Board of the Chamber between 2012 and 2016.

Nehir Varol is the Director of AFAM – Disaster Management Center at Ankara University and the Head of the Disaster Risk Management Master’s Program at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. She holds a bachelor’s and a doctoral degree in Geological Engineering from Hacettepe University and has served as a researcher at Cardiff University with a British Council scholarship. Her research areas include disaster risk management, landslides, avalanches, rockfalls, climate change, resilient cities, risk, exposure, hazard analysis, and mapping. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Disaster and Risk.
Belgin Çakmak is a professor in the Department of Agricultural Structures and Irrigation at Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture. She graduated as the top student from the Department of Agricultural Engineering at Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture in 1988 and was appointed as a Research Assistant in the same year. She completed her master’s degree in 1990 and her doctorate in 1994. She received the title of Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Structures and Irrigation on November 13, 1997, and was appointed as a full Professor on March 16, 2004. Her academic roles include serving as Vice Chair of the Department of Agricultural Structures and Irrigation (December 2014 – July 2017), Faculty Executive Board Member (February 2015 – July 2017), Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture (July 2017 – September 2020), and Chair of the Department of Agricultural Structures and Irrigation (March 2019 – July 2022). She was reappointed as Chair of the Department on July 4, 2025, and continues to serve in this position. In addition to her administrative and teaching responsibilities, she has taught graduate and doctoral courses at Gazi University, Institute of Science, Department of Environmental Sciences. She has numerous academic publications both nationally and internationally.

Murat Yakar was born in Mersin in 1968. He graduated from Selçuk University, Department of Geomatics Engineering in 1991, completed his PhD in 2002, and was promoted to full professor in 2017. An expert in photogrammetry and remote sensing, he has contributed to numerous international projects, including TIKA’s Mongolian Turkish Monuments Project, as well as nearly 50 national projects in Turkey. In 2017, he founded the Department of Geomatics Engineering at Mersin University, initiated several postgraduate programs, and played a leading role in launching major scientific congresses and international journals. He has authored 85 books, nearly 200 journal articles, and more than 200 conference papers, and continues to supervise graduate students in Turkey and abroad. Prof. Yakar currently serves at the Department of Geomatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Mersin University.
Ebru Demirci graduated from the Department of Business Administration (English) at the Faculty of Business Administration, Istanbul University, in 2002. She received her master’s degree in Finance from the Institute of Social Sciences at the same university in 2004 and completed her Ph.D. in 2010 with a dissertation titled “Energy Futures and an Application on the Turkish Electricity Market.” She began her academic career in 2002 as a research assistant at the Faculty of Transport and Logistics, Istanbul University, where she was appointed Assistant Professor in 2014, Associate Professor in 2018, and Professor in 2023. Between 2017 and 2023, she also served as Vice Dean of the same faculty. Her research interests include financial economics, logistics management, financial markets, and investment management. She has particularly focused on sustainable and green logistics, transport economics, financial management, and investment analysis, teaching a wide range of courses and supervising theses in these fields. Prof. Dr. Demirci’s research concentrates on financial markets, the impact of the logistics sector on economic growth, sustainability, energy markets, and transportation systems. Her studies have been published in journals indexed in SCI, SSCI, and AHCI, and she has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences. In addition to her research, she has actively contributed to academic publishing, serving as editor of the Journal of Transportation and Logistics between 2016 and 2022. Her academic work has been supported by various institutions and organizations, where she has taken part as both project leader and researcher. Prof. Dr. Ebru Demirci is currently a faculty member at Istanbul University, Faculty of Transport and Logistics, Department of Transport and Logistics.
Ece İlayda Yörük graduated from the Department of Architecture at Yeditepe University in 2017. Following her graduation, she worked as an architect in private sector project offices and was later appointed as an architect at Ankara University, Faculty of Applied Sciences. She is currently pursuing her master’s thesis in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University, Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. In addition, she is a licensed real estate valuation specialist. Her academic interests focus on sustainable architecture, green buildings, building information modeling (BIM), and real estate development and valuation.
