The aim of this study was to determine the effects of 6-weeks endurance training and peak climbing on selfefficiency perception in sedentary university students. Thirtysubjectshave participated in the research. The average age of the participants’ is 22.12±1.45. In this study, data were collected using self-effectiveness efficacy scale. According to the statistical analysis, six-week endurance training peak climbing appears to increase self-efficacy(p<.05).In conclusion endurance training and summit climbing may be considered to have a positive effect on the participants’ self efficiency perception.
