Abstract

Çalışmada, dört entomopatojen nematod türünün (EPN) (Steinernema carpocapsae, S. feltiae, S. glaseri ve Heterorhabditis bacteriophora) ve simbiyotik olarak yaşayan bakterilerinin (Xenorhabdus bovienii ve Photorhabdus luminescens kayaii), serada yetiştirilen domates (SC-2121 çeşidi) bitkilerinde zararlı kök-ur nematodu (Meloidogyne javanica)‘nun yumurta (yumurta açılımına) ve ikinci dönem enfektif larvaları (L2)'na (larvaya toksisite) karşı etkisi araştırılmıştır. Denemeler sonunda; her bir bitki kökündeki M. javanica’nın oluşturduğu yumurta paketi sayısı, bitkinin boyu (cm), bitki ve kökün yaş ve kuru ağırlığı (g) parametreleri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada S. feltiae (sulu süspansiyon ve kadavra uygulamaları) ve X. bovienii etkili bulunmuştur.
