Wintering ability of FI hybrids reared with random mating of six honeybee genotypes (Tokat and Muğla honeybees, Camiolan, Kafkas-TKV, Italian and Kafkas Camili) under Tokat conditions were investigated in this study. Rates of wintering abilities of these Fl-hybrids were 58.97, 63.99, 56.38, 41.66,57.85 and 48.41%, respectively. Food consumption of these hybrids during wintering period were 5.63, 6.66, 5.53, 6.00, 5.22, and 5.65 kg/colony respectively. Honey production rates of them were 9.45. 5.70, 17.65, 9.29, 15.48, and4.00 % for first year , and 43.78, 26:71, 53.36, 37.58, 34.13 and 26.95 % for second year, respectively. Wintering ability and honey consumption in wintering of genotypic groups were not significant, but also were found statistically significant at honey yields.
Tokat koşullarında kışlatılan altı değişik genotipteki (Tokat arısı, Muğla, Kamiyol, Kafkas-TKV, İtalyan ve Kafkas-Camili) bal arılarının serbest çiftleşmesi ile oluşan Fİ melezlerinin kışlama kabiliyetleriyle ilgili değerler sırasıyla % 61.59, 63.91, 64.86, 51.98, 57.85 ve 56.93 olarak, kışlama süresince gıda tüketimleri 5.63, 6.66, 5.53, 6.00, 5.22 ve 5.65 kg/koloni, ayrıca aynı genotiplerin petekli bal verimi 1. ve 2. yıl ayrı ayrı % olarak sırasıyla 9.45, 5.70, 17.65, 9.29, 15.48, ve 4.00; 43.78, 26.71, 53.36, 37.58, 34.13 ve 26.95 olarak belirlenmiştir.
