Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of different nitrogen dosses (0, 20, 60 and 120 ppm) on fenugreek tecnologial characters in controlled greenhouse condition. According to the results, the contents of musilage, protein and oil were 6.0-6.5 %; 15.61-16.45 % and 13.45-13.75 % respectively and, the nitrogen doses have not affected to these characters. But the mercasing doeses nitrogen affected to ash content and some unsaturated oil acids (linoleic, linolenic, palmitic) content.
Değişik Azot Dozlarının Çemen (Trigonella Foenum Graecum L.) Bitkisinde Kalite Özellikleri Üzerine Etkisi
Abstract
Bu çalışma, kontrollü sera şartlarında değişik azot dozlarının ( 0, 20, 60 ve 120 ppm) çemen bitkisi tohumunda kalite özelliklerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, çemen tohumunda, musilaj oranı % 6.0-6.5, protein oranı % 15.61-16.45, yağ oranı % 13.45-13.75 arasında değişmiş ancak azot dozlarının bu özelliklere etkisi önemsiz olmuştur. Azot dozlarının kül oranı, yağ asitlerinden palmitik asit, linoleik asit ve linolenik asit miktarlarına etkisi ise önemli bulunmuştur.
