Abstract

إن كتاب تقريب التهذيب الذي ألفه المحدثالكبير ( أحمد بن علي بن حجر العسقلاني ) يعد من أهم كتب الحديث التى تدرس حالالرجال الرواة الذين رووا الأحاديث في الكتب الستة ، وهو يختصر أقوال العلماء فيسطر واحد ويعطي تقريرا كاملاً عن حال الراوي , ومن كلامه عن الراوي : ثقة له أوهام. وإني في هذا المقال درست الوهم من كلجوانبه . تعريفه : عرفته باللغة العربية وفيمصطلح الحديث مستعيناً بالأمثلة ، وبينت الحاجة إلى معرفة حقيقته . وأقسامه : في الحروف وفي الأسماء وفيالجمل وفي الأحاديث . وأحكامه : بينت وشرحت حكم كل نوع منأنواعه ، معتمداً على أقوال العلماء .

Delusion According To Hadith Scholars: Its Description, Types and Legal Decision

Abstract

Delusion/mistake in the eyes of the scholars of hadith The Takrib'ut
Tehzib (Estimation of Refinement), authored by the grand scholar of
Hadith Ahmet ben Ali ben Hadjer Al-Asqalani, is among the most
important hadith books explaining the statuses of the narrators who had
reported the hadiths in The Kutub-i Sitte (The Six Books of Hadith).
Contemporary scholars have a big confidence in this work in explaining
the status of a hadith reporter, because Ben Hadjer gives precise/enough
information, just in a line, about the status of the reporter.
"This reporter is reliable but he has delusions," is from among his
words about the reporters. In this study, I have explained "delusion" in its
all aspects. I have explained it in its literary meaning and in its special
meaning in the terminology of hadith with the lights of relevant examples.
I have underlined the need to recognize this subject. Types of delusion:
Delusion in the letters, names, sentences and hadiths The legal decision for
delusion: I have explained and elucidated, relying on the words of
scholars, the legal decisions for each and all types of delusion said above
