Abstract

وجه عدد من الأساتذة المختصين فيالعلوم الشرعية في جامعة القاهرة نقدا لآراء الدكتور نصر حامد أبي زيد بسبب آرائهالمخالفة لثوابت الإسلام وقواعده المستقرة، لكن هذا النقد توجه إلى النتائج التيوصل إليها الدكتور أبو زيد دون الدخول معه في نقاش حول مذهبه النقدي وجذورهالفلسفية التي اعتمد عليها للوصول إلى النتائج المثيرة للجدل. وتحاول هذه الدراسةأن تسد هذه الثغرة فتناقش الدكتور نصرا في مذهبه النقدي وجذوره الفلسفية من أجلبيان قيمة مذهبه هذا في ميزان البحث العلمي، ثم اخترت أهم آرائه في حجية السنةالنبوية لمناقشتها وبيان القيمة العلمية لها.

Critical Doctrine “Dr. Nasr Hamed Abu Zeid” It’s Position from the Interference via Sunnah Critical View

Abstract

A number of professors, specialists in forensic science at the
University of Cairo criticized the opinions of Dr. Nasr Hamed Abu Zeid
because of his contrary views to the fundamentals and stable rules of of
Islam. Nevertheless, this criticism is directed to the same results adopted
by Dr Abu Zeid without engaging him in a discussion about his doctrine
of monetary and philosophical roots leading to controversial results. This
study attempts to fill the gap by discussing critical doctrine and
philosophical roots of Dr. Nasra's in order to show the value of this
doctrine in the balance of scientific research. Then, and then the most
important views in the Prophetic Sunnah inference for discussion and
scientific value was chosen.
