Abstract
Bu çalışma cezalandırma ve caydırıcılık ilişkisini konu edinmekte,
hadd cezalarının toplumu suç işlemekten caydırıp caydırmadığı
problemini irdelemektedir. Çünkü bireylerin suç işlemelerinin
engellenmesinde cezaların caydırıcılık özelliği önem arz etmektedir.
