DİN EĞİTİMİ VE SOSYALLEŞME

Abstract

Bu makale din eğitimini (DE)
sosyalleşme teorisi perspektifinden ele almaktadır. Makalede, sosyalleşme
kavramı açıklığa kavuşturulmakta; akabinde sosyalleşme sürecinin anlamı din
eğitimiyle ilişkilendirilmektedir. Bu hem kişisel ve hem toplumsal kimliğin
eşzamanlı gelişimini gerektiren bir süreçtir. Kişisel ve toplumsal kimliğin gelişimi,
ancak din eğitiminin yapıldığı sınıflarda kazanılabilir. Bu da
yorumlayıcı/hermonotik ve kritik yansıtıcı beceriler gerektirir. Bundan dolayı din
eğitimi, çocukları ve gençleri sosyalleştirmek manasında bir öneme sahiptir. Bunun
büyük medeni (toplumsal) değeri ve okul programında haklı bir yeri vardır.
Makale şu hükme varır: burada savunulan din eğitimi modeli için en uygun yerler,
açık bir din kimliğine sahip olan okullardır.
