Abstract

ABSTRACT

In this study, the application of quality teams, which is one of the means of total quality management, has been given in the Ordanance Company in Commandos Brigade in Hakkari. The aim of this paper is to search the application of total guality management to the military systems. For this reason, two different quality teams has been constituted in military. The advantages and disadvantages of this application are given from the point of view of Turkish Army.
