Tasarımda Beyin Fırtınası ve TRIZ Kullanımı: Baza Makas Kaldırma Sistemi Örnek Çalışması

Abstract

Kuruluşların yaşamlarını sürdürebilmeleri, günün rekabet şartlarına adapte olmalarına bağlıdır.  Ana rekabet şarları ise teknolojik gelişmeler, kısalan ürün ömürleri ve müşteri şartlarının hızlı değişimidir. Bu nedenle, kuruluşların karşılaştıkları problemleri daha iyi, daha ucuz ve daha hızlı bir şekilde çözmeleri gerekir. Yenilikçi, yaratıcı, hızlı ve sistematik problem çözümü için beyin fırtınası ile TRIZ yönteminin birlikte kullanımı iyi bir tercih olabilir. Bu makalede, açılabilen bazaların vazgeçilmez elemanlarından biri olan baza makas sistemi için iki yöntemin birlikte kullanımı ile yenilikçi ürünün çözüm süreci ve elde edilen kazanımlar sunulmuştur.

Using Brainstorming and TRIZ Together in Design/Improvement Process - Example of Baza Scissors System

Abstract

The survival of organizations depends on their adaptation to the competitive conditions of the day. The main competitiveness is technological developments, shortened product lives and rapid change of customer requirements. Therefore, organizations need to solve the problems they face better, cheaper and faster. For innovative, fast and systematic problem solving, the combination of brainstorming and TRIZ can be a good choice. One of the indispensable elements of openable bases is the base scissors system. In this article, to design an innovative base scissor system, two methods will be used. The solution process of the innovative product and the benefits achieved are presented.
