İNCE CİDARLI PARÇALARIN MİKRO FREZELENMESİNDE TALAŞ KALDIRMA YOLUNUN TAKIM AŞINMASI, KUVVETLER VE PARÇA KALİTESİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ince duvarlı parçaların mikro frezelenmesinde talaş kaldırma yolunun takım aşınması ve kuvvetler üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca ince duvarların kalınlığındaki hata ve çapak oluşumu da dikkate alınmıştır. Talaş kaldırma işleminde iki farklı yol seçilmiştir: suyolu ve adım destekli takım yolu. Deneylerde iş parçası malzemesi olarak Ti6Al4V titanyum alaşımı kullanılmıştır ve bu malzeme üzerinde 1 mm yüksekliğinde ve 100 µm kalınlığında ince duvarlar işlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, adım destekli takım yolunun ince duvarların işlenmesinde daha az kuvvete, çapağa ve kalınlık hatasına neden olduğu, fakat daha yüksek takım aşınmasına neden olduğu bulunmuştur.
