Rüzgar Enerjisi Potansiyelinin Hesaplanmasında Parametre Tahmin Yöntemlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Rüzgar gücü potansiyeli hesaplanmasında çok yaygın bir sekilde Weibull dağılımı kullanılmaktadır. Weibull dağılımının parametrelerini tahmin etmek için literatürde bir çok yöntem vardır. Ancak L-moment yöntemi rüzgar enerjisi potansiyeli hesaplanmasında çok fazla kullanılmamıstır. Bu çalısmanın amacı, küçük örnek hacimlerinde bile oldukça etkin sonuçlar veren L-moment yöntemini tanıtmaktır. Ayrıca Eskisehir ili 2009 Aralık ayı rüzgar hızı verilerine iliskin iki parametreli Weibull dağılımının sekil ve ölçek parametreleri En Küçük Kareler, En Çok

Olabilirlik ve L-moment yöntemleriyle tahmin edilmistir.

Abstract

Weibul distribution is widely used to compute wind power potential. There are a lot of estimation methods about Weibull distribution’s parameters in literature. But L-moment estimation method is rarely used to compute wind power potential. The aim of this study is introduced L-moment estimation method which provide very effective results in small samples. Furthermore,in this study, shape and scale parameters of two parameter Weibull distribution were estimated with ordinary least squares, maximum likelihood and L-moment methods for actual wind speed data
