Abstract

Surface morphologies of titanium implants has crucial importance for long-term stability which following their placement. Different techniques of surface modifications were adopted to increase bone–implant interface. Today there is a great needing to develop new surface modification methods when the industrial competitive conditions. Laser surface structuring is a unique, promising, clean, non-contact and environment-friendly method. At the present study, pure titanium implant surfaces were modified at micro-scale with using a fiber laser which working on Q-switched mode and their characterizations were conducted

İTERBİYUM-KATKILI FİBER LAZERLE Q-ANAHTARLAMALI MODDA İMPLANT YÜZEYİ MİKRO-İMALATI VE KAREKTERİZASYONU

Abstract

Titanyum implantların yüzey morfolojileri  implantın yerleştirilmesini takip eden dönemde uzun-ömürlü stabilite açısından büyük öneme sahiptir. Titanyum dental implantların yüzey morfolojilerini modifiye etmek, kemik-implant temasındaki etkin yüzey alanını arttırmak için farklı yüzey işlemleri kullanılmaktadır. Endüstriyel açıdan rekabetçi koşulların her geçen gün önemini arttırdığı ve üretim zamanlarında bir saniyenin bile çok önemli olduğu günümüzde yeni üretim teknolojilerine ihtiyaç her zamankinden çok daha fazladır. Lazer yüzey yapılandırma yöntemi biyomedikal endüstrisinde malzemelerin yüzey özelliklerini modifiye etmek için eşsiz, gelecek vadeden, kontaminasyonsuz, temassız ve çevre dostu bir yüzey işlem tekniğidir. Bu çalışmada, Q-anahtarlamalı modda çalıştırılan iterbiyum-katkılı bir fiber lazerle saf titanyum implant yüzeylerinin yapılandırılması mikro boyutta gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu imal edilen yeni yüzeylerin karekterizasyonu yapılmıştır.
