Soğuk Şekil Verilmiş Bükümlü Çeliklerin Tek Eksenli Basınç Davranışı

Abstract

Kemer şeklinde üretilen kendinden dişli
(bükümlü) kaplamalar basit yapılar inşa etmek için yaygın olarak
kullanılmaktadır. Bu yaklaşımın ardındaki teknoloji tamburlu şekillendirme teknolojisi
(Roll Forming Machine- RFM) ile sağlanmaktadır. Bu teknoloji ve uygulamaları
inşaat sektörünün ilgisini çekse de Avrupa Birliği açısından bazı teorik ve
tasarım ilkelerinde eksiklikler bulunmaktadır. Özellikle geçici yapılarda
kullanılan bu teknolojinin imalat ve montajı basit ve hızlıdır. 
Bu teknolojinin ardında hafif çelik
elemanlarda diş oluşturmak suretiyle atalet momentini artırmak bulunmaktadır.
Böylece, geleneksel yapım tekniğine göre daha hafif ancak yeterli taşıma gücüne
sahip sistemlerin tasarımı mümkün olmaktadır. Teorik altyapısı oluşmamış olan
bu sistemin altyapısının oluşturulması maksadıyla bu çalışmada, soğuk
şekillendirilmiş bükümlü kemer tipli kesitlerin tek eksenli basınç davranışı
deneysel olarak incelenmiştir.

The Uniaxial Compressive Behavior Of Corrugated Cold Formed Steel Members

Abstract

Corrugated arch type coatings are widely used to
construct simple structures. The technology behind this concept is evaluated by
Roll Forming Machine (RFM). As a basic load carrying system, arch type cold
formed steel members are manufactured with this technology. However, the
technology and its applications are getting in consideration by construction
industry, there are some theoretical and design absences for the European
Union. The manufacturing and assemblage of these type of members are fast and
easy, and they are specifically used for temporary facilities. The basic
concept of this technology is to increase the moment of inertia of the cold
formed steel members by forming dents. Thus, it is possible to design systems
that are lighter than traditional construction techniques, but have the
sufficient strength. Within the case of the theoretical background is not
adequate for this type of members, the uniaxial compressive behavior of
cold-formed corrugated arch type sections are observed, experimentally within
this work.
