Abstract
Brusellozis zoonotik bir infeksiyon olup vücutta herhangi bir sistemi tutabilmektedir. Burusella üriner sistemde nefrit, prostatit, sistit ve epididimoorşite neden olabilmektedir. Epididimoorşit brusellozun en sık görülen genitoüriner sistem komplikasyonudur. Komplike olmayan epididimoorşitte antimikrobiyal tedavi yeterli olmaktadır. Onsekiz yaşında genç erkek olgu sol testiste ağrı ve şişlik yakınması ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Fizik muayenede sol testis hassastı. Testiküler kitle palpe edilemedi. Rutin hematolojik bve biyokimyasal tetkikler normal sınırlar içerisindeydi. Brusella Coombs aglütinasyon testi 1/160 olarak saptandı. Brusella epididimoorşit tanısı altında antimikrobiyal tedavi (Tetrasiklin+rifampisin, streptomisin) verildi. Antimikrobiyal tedavinin sonunda bütün semptomlar düzeldi. Takiplerde nüks saptanmadı

Abstract
Brucellosis is a zoonotic infection and can involve any system in the human body. Brucellosis can lead to nephritis, prostatitis, cystitis and epididymoorchitis in urinary system. Epididymoorchitis is the most frequent genitourinary complication of brucellosis. Antimicrobial therapy is generally enough in Brucellosis with uncomplicated epididymoorchitis. A 18 years old young boy admitted to the our clinic with the symptoms of left testicular pain and swelling. On physical examination left testis was tenderness. Testicular mass was not palpabl. Routine hematologic and biochemical analysis were within normal limits. Brucella Coombs aglutination test was detected as 1/160. Under the diagnosis of Brucella epididimoorchitis antimicrobial therapy was administered (rifampicin+tetracycline, streptomycin). All symptoms improved at the end of the antimicrobial theraphy. On fallow up period recurrence was not detected.
