Abstract

Travma
sonrasındaki diz sertliği ve hareket aralığı kaybı, diz bölgesindeki
yaralanmaların sık görülen bir komplikasyonudurTravma sonrasındaki diz
sertliğine bağlı olarak dizde fleksion kontraktürleri, ekstansiyon
kontraktürleri veya her ikisi birden görülebilir. Judet prosedürü 1956'da
Robert ve Jean Judet tarafından tanımlanmıştır. Posttravmatik ekstansiyon
kontraktürüne bağlı fleksiyon kısıtlıllğının giderilmesinde Judet
kuadrisepsplastisinin etkin ve güvenilir bir yöntem olduğu kanısındayız.

Judet Quadricepsplasty in a Patient with Restricted Range of Motion Of Knee After Orthopedic Surgery for Femur Fracture: Case Report

Abstract



Post-traumatic
knee stiffness and loss of range of motion is a common complication of injuries
to the knee area. The causes of post-traumatic knee stiffness can be
divided into flexion contractures, extension contractures, and combined
contracturesThis procedure was first described in 1956 by Robert and Jean
Judet.We are in the opinion that the judet quadricepsplasty is aneffective and
confidental technique in the treatment of limited knee flexion due to
posttravmatic extensioncontractures.
