Öz
Örümcek ısırıklarının zararlı etkileri yüzyıllardır bilinmektedir. Öte yandan literatürde günler sonrası devam eden örümcek ısırmasına ikincil sistemik etkilerin sunulduğu kısıtlı sayıda yayın bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda 25 ve 43 yaşındaki iki erkek olguda örümcek sokması sonrası meydana gelen sistemik etkiler literatür bilgilerimiz eşliğinde aktarılmıştır.

The harmful effects of spider bites have been known for centuries. On the other hand, there are a limited number of publications in the literature that present systemic effects secondary to spider bites that continue after days. In this study, systemic effects occurring after spider bites in two male patients aged 25 and 43 years were presented in the light of the literature.
