Yalvaç district and its villages, one of the regions that have maintained the nomadic lifestyle in the past, are among the regions that contribute to the development of flat weaving. In addition to weavings such as floor mats, saddlebags, bags, sacks, pillows made in the region, it was made in prayer type weavings for the purpose of use. Prayer weavings woven for a specific purpose can also be defined as prayer rugs. This type of weaving, which is referred to as "with prayer" or "namazlagi" in the regions, has been determined as a result of the complete census research method made in 11 regions, 2 in Yalvaç towns and villages and 9 in Yalvaç museum. In the research, the weavings found in the museum were mainly used. The weavings were determined as only kilim technique or the bell and cicim technique weaving together. Different versions of the eye, scorpion, coach horn, wolfdog, dovetail, waterway motif were used as often as in other weaving types in the region. A girl's motif was found in a kilim technique sample found in the museum. While natural dyes were used in yarn dyeing in the past, it has been learned by the resource people in the region that artificial dyes are used today. Colors such as burgundy, bruise cherry, yellow, mustard yellow, black, brown, blue, red and green are among the colors frequently used in weaving. In this research, the prayer type weavings detected in the region were examined in terms of technique, color, motif and pattern. It is aimed to bring the identified weavings to the literature.
