Farklı Düzeylerde Zeytin Pulpu İlave Edilmiş Karmalarla Yemlenen Etlik Piliçlerin Besi Performansı ve But Eti Yağ Asitleri Kompozisyonu

Abstract



Bu çalışma Aydın yöresinde yeni teknoloji ile elde edilen
zeytin pulpunun etlik piliç karmasında mısır yerine farklı düzeylerde ilave
edilmesinin etlik piliçlerin performans ve but eti yağ asidi kompozisyonuna
etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Toplam 480 adet bir günlük yaşta
karışık cinsiyette etlik piliç (Ross 308) civcivi kullanılmıştır. Denemede
başlatma (0-21. Gün) ve bitirme (22-42. Gün) dönemi olmak üzere sırasıyla % 22
ve 20 ham protein, 3000 ve 3100 kcal ME/kg içeren iki farklı karma
kullanılmıştır. Her iki dönem karmasına da sırasıyla % 0 (0ZP), 5 (5ZP), 10
(10ZP) ve 15 (15ZP) düzeyinde zeytin pulpu (ZP) mısır yerine ilave edilmiştir.
Dolayısıyla civcivler 4 tekerrürlü 4 muamele grubuna tesadüfi olarak
dağıtılmıştır. Deneme süresince (42. Günlük yaşa kadar) toz yem ve su serbest
olarak verilmiştir. Etlik piliç karmalarında farklı düzeylerde zeytin pulpu
kullanımı CAA’nı kuadratik olarak azaltmış (P˂0.05), YT ve YYO üzerinde ise
istatistiki olarak önemli bir etkisi olmamıştır (P˃0.05). Etlik piliç
karmalarında zeytin pulpu kullanımı but eti toplam doymuş yağ asitleri (SFA) ve
toplam tekli doymamış yağ asitleri (MUFA) miktarını kübik olarak azaltmıştır (P˂0.05).
Toplam çoklu doymamış yağ asitleri (PUFA) miktarını ise kübik olarak artırmıştır
(P˂0.05). Piliç eti kalitesi ve insan sağlığı açısından etlik piliç
karmalarında zeytin pulpu kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
