Sezaryen Olan Kadınların Bakım Odaklı Hemşire Hasta Etkileşim Düzeyleri ve Etkileyen Faktörlerin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Giriş: Bu çalışmada sezaryen olan kadınların bakım odaklı hemşire hasta etkileşim düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Kesitsel tipteki bu çalışma Haziran 2021 - Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında bir hastanenin kadın hastalıkları ve doğum kliniğinde sezaryen olan 300 kadınla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Bakım Odaklı Hemşire - Hasta Etkileşimi Ölçeği (BOHHEÖ) - Kısa Form hasta versiyonu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis-H test ve Spearman korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya başlanmadan önce bir üniversitenin Klinik Araştırmalar Etik Kurulu’ndan onay ve hastaneden kurum izni alınmıştır.
Bulgular: Kadınların yaş ortalaması 28.91±5.32’dir. Kadınların %44.7’si ilköğretim mezunu olup %86.7’si çalışmamaktadır, %59.0’ının geliri giderine eşittir. Kadınların %54.7’si multipardır, %52.7’si spinal anestezi olmuştur ve %41.0’ı daha önce sezaryen ile doğum yapmıştır. BOHHEÖ toplam puan ortalaması önemlilik boyutunda 103.08±8.93, sıklık boyutunda 88.57±18.79, memnuniyet boyutunda 88.00±19.59 olarak bulunmuştur. Kadınların gelir düzeyi ile BOHHEÖ puan ortalaması arasında anlamlı fark saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Diğer değişkenler ve BOHHEÖ puan ortalamaları arasında fark bulunmamıştır (p>0.05).
Sonuç: Araştırma sonuçları sezaryen olan kadınların bakım odaklı hemşire hasta etkileşimine önem verdiklerini ancak memnuniyet düzeylerinin düşük olduğunu göstermiştir.

Determination of Care-Oriented Nurse Patient Interaction Levels and Affecting Factors of Women Who Had Cesarean

Abstract

Background: This study aimed to determine the care-oriented nurse-patient interaction levels and the affecting factors of women who had cesarean.
Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 300 women who had a cesarean in a gynecology and obstetrics clinic of a hospital between June 2021 and March 2022. Introductory Information Form and Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction (CNPI)-Short Scale patient version were used to collect the research data. Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis-H test, and Spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. Before starting the study, approval from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of a university and institutional permission from the hospital were obtained.
Results: The mean age of women was 28.91±5.32. Of women, 44.7% were primary school graduates, 86.7% were unemployed, and 59.0% had income equal to their expenses. Of women, 54.7% were multiparous, 52.7% had spinal anesthesia, and 41.0% had previous delivery by cesarean. The mean total score of the women's CNPI in the dimension of significance was 103.08±8.93, dimension of frequency was 88.57±18.79, and dimension of satisfaction was 88.00±19.59. There was a significant difference between the income level of the women and their CNPI mean scores (p<0.05). There was no difference between the other variables and the mean scores of CNPI (p>0.05).
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that women who had cesarean gave importance to care-oriented nurse-patient interaction, but their satisfaction levels were low.
