Kistik Fibrozisli Çocuk Hastalarda Hemşirelik Bakımı: Pender’in Sağlığı Geliştirme Modeli

Abstract

Kistik fibrozis solunum, sindirim ve üreme sistemini etkileyen, ekzokrin bezlerin işlev bozukluğu ile karakterize genetik bir hastalıktır. Kistik fibrozisli çocuklar çok sayıda sağlık sorunuyla karşı karşıyadır ve yaşam kalitelerini iyileştirmek için kapsamlı yönetime ihtiyaç duyarlar. Kistik fibrozisli çocuklara yönelik pediatrik hemşirelik bakım planları geliştirmek için Sağlığı Geliştirme Modelinin uygulanması, bütüncül ve çocuk merkezli bir bakım yaklaşımı sağlayabilir. Pediatri hemşireleri bakımı sağlama ve sürdürmede ekibin primer üyesi konumundadırlar ve bakımda temel amaç ise çocuğun ve ailenin hastalık ile uyumunu kolaylaştırmak, maksimum yaşam kalitesini sağlamaya yardım etmektir. Bu hizmetlerin Sağlığı Geliştirme Modeli çerçevesinde uygulanması çocukların özerkliğini ve hastalık öz yönetimini artıracak önemli bir araçtır. Bu derlemede, Sağlığı Geliştirme Modelinin kistik fibrozisli çocuklarda sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlar geliştirmesinin modellemesi amaçlanmıştır. Ek olarak, gelecekteki araştırmalar, modelin kistik fibrozisli çocuklarda uygulanabilirliğini daha fazla doğrulamaya ve bu grup da iyi sağlık davranışlarını ve yaşam kalitesini artırmak için yenilikçi stratejiler oluşturmaya odaklanmalıdır.

Nursing Care in Pediatric Patients with Cystic Fibrosis: Pender's Health Promotion Model

Abstract

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease characterized by dysfunction of the exocrine glands, affecting the respiratory, digestive and reproductive systems. Children with cystic fibrosis face numerous health problems and need comprehensive management to improve their quality of life. Application of the Health Promotion Model to develop pediatric nursing care plans for children with cystic fibrosis can provide a holistic and child-centered care approach. Pediatric nurses are the primary members of the team in providing and maintaining care, and the main purpose of care is to facilitate the adaptation of the child and family to the disease and to help ensure maximum quality of life. Implementation of these services within the framework of the Health Promotion Model is an important tool to increase children's autonomy and disease self-management. In this review, it is aimed to model the Health Promotion Model to develop healthy lifestyle behaviors in children with cystic fibrosis. In addition, future research should focus on further validating the model's applicability in children with cystic fibrosis and creating innovative strategies to improve health behaviors and quality of life in this group.
