Abstract

Aim: The aim of this study is to review the applications used to treatment and prevention of hypotension (intradialytic hypotension) in chronic hemodialysis patients occurred in hemodialysis Material and Methods: It was searched to achieve article related to the subject with keywords such as hemodialysis, hypotension, to prevent, evidence, practices in electronic searches databases: PubMed, Scholar Google and ScienceDirect . It was reached 19644 articles about the applications used to treatment and prevention of intradialytic hypotension in chronic hemodialysis patients, and it was evaluated 26 article accordance with inclusion criteria of the research. Results: This systematic review; it was determined to be effective in prevention of intradialytic hypotension using of sodium and ultrafiltration profiling, low dialysate temperature, onlinehemodiafiltration, low-dose human albumin IV infusion, bicarbonate dialysate and the red ginseng plants, and avoidance of oral food during dialysis. Conclusion: Intradialytic hypotension is one of the most common acute hemodialysis complications. It is expected that this systematic review can be contributed to studies related to subject

Sistematik Derleme: Hemodiyalizdeki Hipotansiyonun Önlenmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı; kronik hemodiyaliz hastalarında hemodiyaliz sırasında ortaya çıkan hipotansiyon (intradiyalitik hipotansiyon)’u önlemek için kullanılan tedavi ve uygulamaları incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Konuyla ilgili makalelere ulaşmak için hemodiyaliz (hemodialysis), hipotansiyon (hypotension), önlemek (to prevent), kanıt (evidence), uygulamalar (practices) gibi anahtar kelimelerle ScienceDirect arama motorlarında 1995-2015 tarihleri arasında tarama yapıldı. İntradiyalitik hipotansiyonu önlemek için kullanılan tedavi ve önlem yöntemleri ile ilgili 19644 makaleye ulaşıldı ve araştırmaya dahil edilme kriterlerine uyan 26 makale çalışma kapsamında değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Bu sistematik incelemede; sodyum ve ultrafiltrasyon profili, düşük diyalizat sıcaklığı, online-hemodiyafiltrasyon, düşük doz human albümin IV infüzyonu, bikarbonatlı diyalizat ve kırmızı ginseng bitkisi kullanımının ve diyaliz öncesi ya da sırasında oral gıda alımından kaçınmanın intradiyalitik hipotansiyonu önlemede etkili olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: İntradiyalitik hipotansiyon, hemodiyaliz tedavisi sırasında en sık görülen akut komplikasyonlardan biri. Konuyla ilgili çalışmaların derlenmesi ile sorunun önemi ve boyutu konusunda bilimsel kanıtlara ulaşılmıştır. Bu sistematik derlemenin, konu ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir
