The Journal of Nephrology Nursing is the peer-reviewed scientific publication of the Turkish Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation Nurses Association.

The publication languages of the journal are Turkish and English.

The journal is published three times a year, in January, May, and September.
It is an open access journal and is free of charge. No fees are requested from the authors. Users can access all content free of charge, read and download the full texts of articles without requiring permission from the publisher or the author, and use them provided that they cite the source.
The Journal of Nephrology Nursing, which started its publication life in printed form in 2004, has been published as an electronic journal since 2008.
The entire evaluation process for articles submitted for publication in the Journal of Nephrology Nursing is carried out using double-blind reviewing, where the identities of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential.
Each article accepted for publication is assigned a DOI number.
As of May 2021, a plagiarism scan is mandatorily required upon submission.
An author contribution form is required to be uploaded to the system starting from May.
Ethics: The journal requires that the articles it publishes comply with relevant ethical rules and scientific standards and are free from commercial concerns. The Journal of Nephrology Nursing adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics's (COPE) "Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors" and "Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers".

Journal History
The Journal of Nephrology Nursing started its publication life as a printed journal in 2004. It has been published electronically since 2008.
