Diyaliz Hastalarının Beslenmesinde Davranış Değişikliği

Abstract

Beslenme eğitiminde sıkça karşılaşılan sorunlardan birisi verilen eğitimin davranışa

dönüşememesidir. Diyaliz hastaları hem yeni tedavi modeline hem de yeni yaşam

biçimine uyum sağlamak zorundadır. Ayrıca diyetlerinde birçok kısıtlama ile de karşı

karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu durum onların beslenme eğitimine uyumunu güçleştirmektedir.

Eğitimi veren kişilerin ise, eğitim yöntemini yeniden gözden geçirmesini,

davranış değişikliği sağlayan modellerin farkında olmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu

nedenle, bu derlemede beslenme eğitiminde davranış değişikliği nasıl sağlanır ve

kullanılan davranış değişikliği modelleri nelerdir, kanıtlar çerçevesinde incelenmesi

amaçlanmaktadır.
