Diyaliz Hemşirelerinde Tükenmişlik

Abstract

Özet

Amaç: Tükenmifllik, kiflinin duygusal çöküntüsüne neden

olan ve duyars›zlaflma düzeyini etkileyen, kiflisel baflar› ve

performans›n› düflüren, ifl doyumunu azaltan ve memnuniyetsizli¤

e neden olarak, verilen hizmet kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen

bir durumdur. Bu çal›flman›n amac› diyaliz hemflirelerinin

mesleki tükenmifllik düzeylerini ve tükenmiflli¤i etkileyen faktörleri

belirlemektir.

Gereç ve Yöntemler: izmir’de 12 diyaliz merkezinde çalı-

şan 107 diyaliz hemşiresi çalışmaya dahil edildi. Araştırma

verileri, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Hemflire Tan›t›m

Formu” ve “Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği” ile topland›. Verilerin

de¤erlendirilmesinde student’s t testi, Mann-Whitney U

testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Kruskal-Wallis tek

yönlü varyans analizi, Scheffe ileri analizi ve pearson korelasyon

analizi kullanıldı

Bulgular Araştırma: kapsamındaki diyaliz hemşirelerinin

yaş ortalamas› 31.07±6.99 y›ld›r. %95.3’ünün hemodiyaliz

ünitesinde çalıştığı; %49.5’inin lisans mezunu oldu¤u;

%56.1’inin evli, %58’inin çocuğunun olmadığı belirlendi.

Duygusal tükenmişlik puan› 26.75±12.14, duyars›zlaşma puan›

6.85±6.20, kişisel başar› puan› 32.66±10.06 olarak saptand›.

Hemşirelerin yaş, eğitim düzeyi, görev yılı, diyaliz ünitesinde

çalışma yılı, mesle¤i sevme, mesle¤i b›rakmak isteme,

meslektaşlarından destek alma, ald›klar› ücretten memnun olma

durumların›n ve çalıştıkları bölümde görevli hemşire say›-

s›n›n tükenmşlik düzeylerini etkiledi¤i saptand› (P < 0.05).

Sonuç: Çalışma sonucunda diyaliz hemşirelerinin duygusal

tükenmişlik düzeyinin orta, duyars›zlaşma düzeyinin düşük,

kişisel başarı tükenmişlik düzeyinin ise yüksek düzeyde

olduğu ve tükenmişliğin baz› bireysel ve mesleki/çalışma koflullar›

ndan etkilendi¤i belirlendi. Bu sonuç do¤rultusunda diyaliz

hemşirelerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin periyodik olarak

değerlendirilmesi ve tükenmişliği etkileyen durumlar›n özellikle

çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi gerektiği düşünülmüş

ve önerilmiştir.
