Öz

Tamamlayıcı ve alternatif tıp (TAT) kullanımı genel

populasyonda ve tıbbi hastalığı olan bireylerde önemli

bir hızda artmaktadır. Böbrek hastalığı olan bireylerin

TAT kullanımından fayda görebileceği alanlar böbrek

yetmezliğinin ilerleme süresini uzatmak, artrit, kaşı

ntı, kardiyovaskiler risk faktörleri, kas krampları,

anksiyete, depresyon, uykusuzluk ve yorgunluk gibi

eşlik eden problemleri tedavi etmektir. Bununla birlikte,

bu hastalarda TAT kullanımı hakk›nda çok az bilgi

bulunmaktadır.

Bu derlemenin amacı; nefroloji hastaları tarafından

kullanılan tamamlayıcı ve alternatif tedavi yöntemleri

ve hemşirelik yaklaşımı hakkında bilgi vermektir.
