HERESTETİK, RETORİK ve SİYASİ MÜHENDİSLİK Seçime Dayalı Demokrasilerde Siyasal İktidarın Kurumları Ele Geçirmesi ve Devlete Çökmesi: Kamu Tercihi Perspektifi
Abstract
Bu kısa çalışma içerisinde kamu tercihi perspektifinden herestetik, retorik, politik manipülasyon gibi kavramlardan yola çıkılarak seçime dayalı demokrasilerde siyasal iktidarların yönetimde daha uzun süre kalmak için kurumları nasıl ele geçirdiklerini ve bunun için izledikleri stratejiler incelenmektedir.
This short paper aims to explore political capture of governmental and non-governmental institutions by incumbent political leader and ruling party in power in electoral democracies. The concepts of heresthetics, rhetoric and political manipulation are examined from public choice perspective.
