There have been various views asserted by Sufis, which are related the topic of sufistic experiences lived in their spiritual and moral lives and privacy of discoveries resulted in these experiences. The debates generally occurred about the clarification of aforementioned sufistic experiences in the presence of third party apart from a disciple and his mentor; or the topic, whether or not, it is accurate to redact those experiences. It seems that there are three issues regarding this matter: Initially, is that possible to express people’s spiritual experiences? Secondly, even it is possible, is that right to utter them explicitly? Thirdly, how and to whom can private information be transferred? The author sufis have stated that subjects explained in their works can only be comprehended by the cognoscenti, and not appropriate for those who are incapable. In this respect, accruing of sufistic experiences in one’s moral life, being a specific process, and, during this process, coming into existence of distinct epiphanies and consequences make it private.
