Abstract
Acute coronary syndromes are among the leading causes of death in Turkey and worldwide. The fact that acute coronary syndromes are frequently encountered in prehospital emergency health services, and their high mortality and morbidity rates make paramedics' approaches to this issue even more important. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the principles of approach to acute coronary syndromes in the light of current research in prehospital emergency health services of paramedics by scanning the literature in databases such as Google Akademik, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and DergiPark.
