Today, the courses included in the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences and Health Services Vocational Schools, the existence of the core education program, the physical areas where basic Professional skills are applied, the models, the simulators and the qualifications of the trainers continue to maintain their importance. It is seen that the changes in the methods, environment, duration and titles in the education and practices specific to the same occupational groups in different countries maintain their importance in the same way. Graduates of the First and Emergency Aid program are expected to gain basic skills during school, as they will work in ambulances, emergency services of hospitals and in different situations. In this review, the paramedic situation of different countries is examined and the courses in the First and Emergency Aid Technician associate degree programs in our country, basic skills, the physical area of the Professional skills laboratory, the necessary models, trainings, the quality of the trainers and the importance of the simulation unit are emphasized. With this review, it is aimed to reveal the processes that must be overcome in the acquisition of Professional skills in paramedic education and their commendations regarding the accreditation process.
