Abstract
Strengths or character strengths constitute one of the important study areas of positive psychology.In the literature, most of the research on strengths is within the scope of positive psychology. It is important to support and functionally use strengths at school. For this reason, the Ministry of National Education has included strengthsclassroom guidance programs. Strengths can be used especially in psychological counseling and guidance services. In this study, a strengths-based psychoeducation program was prepared. Thus, it is aimed that students discover their strengths and use them functionally. In this respect, the program can be evaluated within the scope of protective and preventive psychological counseling and guidance services.The sub-purpose of the program; understanding strengths, classifying character strengths, discovering strengths, recognizing strengths from the eyes of others, identifying areas where strengths can be used, using strengths in school success and daily life. The program is aimed at adolescents and students from grade 7 to grade 12 can benefit. Each session is 40 minutes and 6 sessions in total. The program is not experimentally tested and is of a hypothetical type.For this reason, researchers' testing the program scientifically and sharing its effectiveness will contribute to the literature.
