Regular A-optimal spring balance weighing designs with correlated errors
Abstract
The problems linked with an A-optimal spring balance weighing design
with correlated errors are discussed. The topic is focus on the deter-
mining the lowest bound of the trace of inverse information matrix in
a special class of design matrices. The constructing method of the optimal design, based on the incidence matrices of balanced incomplete
block designs, is presented.
