Asenkron Motorlarda Kırık Rotor Çubuk Arızasının Vibrasyon Sinyali ile Tespiti

Abstract

Özet



Bu çalışmada üç fazlı bir asenkron
motorda karakteristik arıza harmoniklerini içeren vibrasyon sinyalleri
kullanılarak kırık rotor çubuk arızası tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bilindiği
gibi kırık rotor çubuk arızası asenkron motorlarda momentte ve hızda
salınımlara sebep olmakta ve dolayısıyla motorun dinamik performansını olumsuz
yönde etkilemektedir. Moment ve hızdaki bu salınımlar motorda mekaniksel
titreşimlere de sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; arızalı ve sağlıklı asenkron
motorlardan vibrasyon sensörü ile alınan titreşim sinyalleri belirli bir
örnekleme frekansında örneklenerek frekans spektrumları elde edilmiş ve bu
spektrumlardaki karakteristik arıza sinyalleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu
arıza sinyalleri motor farklı yüklenme koşullarında iken test edilmiş ve
böylece bu sinyallerin arıza tespitinde etkin olduğu ispatlanmıştır.
