Dalgıç Pompa Elektrik Motorunun İyileştirilmesi

Abstract

Dalgıç pompalarda elektrik motoru olarak genellikle tek ve üç fazlı sincap kafesli asenkron motorlar kullanılır. Bu çalışmada, Ansys Maxwell/RMxprt programı kullanılarak piyasada bulunan bir firmaya ait üç fazlı sincap kafesli asenkron dalgıç pompası motorunun verimini artırmak üzere çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Mevcut motorun verimini arttırmak için stator ve rotor oluk yapıları, malzeme cinsi, stator paket boyu, sipir sayısı ve hava aralığı büyüklüklerinin analizleri yapılarak, optimum değerler elde edilmiştir. Yeni tasarım motora ait performans parametreleri ile firmaya ait ürün kataloğunda yer alan bilgiler karşılaştırılmıştır. Yeni tasarım sayesinde mevcut motorun nominal akımında %3, güç faktöründe %1, veriminde %2 oranında iyileşme sağlanmıştır.
